The Detroit Pistons kicked off the NBA free agency frenzy with two pretty big signings. Former Chicago Bulls guard Ben Gordon committed to a five year, $55 million deal, and former Milwaukee Bucks forward Charlie Villanueva agreed to a five year, $35 million deal.

The Detroit Pistons have agreed to terms with a player for the second time this off-season. This time it was Charlie Villanueva, who agreed to a five year, $35 million deal.

Villanueva is the second Connecticut Huskie that the Pistons have signed today, with Ben Gordon being the other.
