The trust each player instills in his teammates and the trust every head coach instills in his players is all apart of the formula for winning. Trust leads to team chemistry, chemistry leads to fluidity, fluidity leads to execution and execution leads to victories. The Mavericks have gone from everyone’s favorite upset pick (in a bad way) in the first round to the favorites in the Western Conference Finals and in the middle they swept the two-time defending champion Los Angeles Lakers. But despite [...] Chris Bosh has had many a low point this season. From being the de facto scapegoat anytime the Heat went into a slump to personally admitting to being overwhelmed emotionally by the Boston crowd in the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals, Bosh has received his fair share of criticism. At times, Bosh’s play has warranted [...] The Oklahoma City Thunder acquired Kendrick Perkins from the Boston Celtics at the trade deadline specifically for the Western Conference Finals. After the Los Angeles Lakers dispatched the Thunder in the first round last season Thunder General Manager decided that he needed to make a move to sure up the pivot defensively so [...] The Chicago Bulls have had their share of exciting finishes in the post-season. Perhaps that’s not a good thing, as several of thier late game victories were the product of “just in the nick of time” comebacks against teams that the Bull shouldn’ t have been losing to but you can’t argue with [...] The Miami Heat needed to win game two in order to prevent going home to a late arriving crowd down 2-0 to a team as good as the Chicago Bulls and they completed their goal with an 85-75 victory in a defense battle that would make Tom Thibodeau proud if his team didn’t wind [...] |
