A Crazy Night For Assists: For the first and perhaps the only time this year, no Attacking the Boards. I was busy last night with a little video game called Modern Warfare 2. In it's place, I give you a weird trend from last night, gaudy assist numbers: Steve Nash had an amazing 20 dimes to go with 21 points (the first performance of its kind since 2005-2006), Deron Williams had 16 assists, (though he had just five points), normally selfish Stephen Jackson had 15 assists for Golden State and Chris Paul finishes up the group with 10 assists to go with his 24 points (10-of-14 shooting).
