So, since the All-Star Break, Albert Pujols has lost his chances of winning a triple crown. Hanley Ramirez leads the NL in batting average with a .348 clip (.332 for Albert), Mark Reynolds has tied him for the most homers in the NL with 36, and though Pujols leads the league with 100 RBIs, Prince Fielder sits just a couple away at 98. However, he’s still our MVP, and he’s now driven in 100 runs for the ninth straight season. We’d take him over anybody, but that Hanley Ramirez kid is a close second.
