Sources have told Pro Football Weekly that free agent wide receiver Marvin Harrison has been connected with the Minnesota Vikings. The catch to the conversation is that Harrison will likely only sign with the Vikings if Brett Farve decides to come out of retirement and play for the team as well.
Harrison would join a very talented Vikings offense that is built around Adrian Peterson and the offensive line. Put a guy like Marvin, who still has talent for his age, with a receiving core of Bernard Berrian, Percy Harvin, Sidney Rice, and Bobby Wade, and you have the easy sleeper pick for the Super Bowl because of their tremendous defense, while teams like the Steelers, Patriots, Eagles and Giants all get more attention.
